About this event
This gentle & restorative yoga is for open to all but especially tailored for our beloved seniors. These classes will take you through poses to restore joint range of motion and gently stretch and strengthen major muscle groups. We will include some level appropriate exercises for better balance and breathwork for stress relief and better health.
