Unwind with an intentional blend of deep stretching, gentle movement, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness, accompanied by the smooth sounds of R&B and mellow jazz. This calming practice is designed to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and create space to reconnect with yourself. No rushing. No pressure.
