About this event
This hour long restorative yoga class will be a wonderful opportunity to de-stress, stretch and restore. Each class will incorporate longer held poses, often supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. These restorative poses may include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. It will be a wonderful complement to your regular yoga practice. It can also be a great place to begin.
