About this event
Our one-hour Ignite sessions are designed to take young athletes to the next level. Classes are hosted in our Private Training Studio and programmed by Strength and Conditioning Coach Brad Lindamood , former NFL Safety and Collegiate Football Coach. Ignite Strength training sessions will focus on increasing power and strength for sports. Teams of 6 or more can schedule their own class times. Classes are designed for ages 12 to 18 .
