This class is built for your inner gladiator, athlete, and competitor. Designed to challenge and motivate you to unleash your beast with a full body strength and conditioning session for 60 minutes. A balanced mixture of equipment utilizing barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and more! Test your limits in a healthy environment with coaches helping you reach your 110% effort mentally and physically. Every Saturday @10am.
