- ➤ Clay, a 2-year-old male brown and white American pit bull terrier, is available for adoption at Cobb County Animal Services in Marietta. The shelter now prefers scheduled appointments, though walk-ins are welcome, to better manage visits. Cobb County Courier
- ➤ Volunteer Barry Krebs and the Friends of Socktown (with help from Belt Power Corp and the LionsClub) removed 55 bags of litter from Old Alabama, Cardell and South Gordon Roads; residents on Cardell Road can join Keep Cobb Beautiful’s adopt-a-mile program by contacting Dawn. Cobb County Courier
