The Cobb County Courier is hosting a quiz that matches high schools with their mascots today in the email newsletter, and a weekend version is available on its website.

The interactive quiz helps locals learn about the county’s history while checking linked answers.

More than 40 Cobb County schools were awarded by state schools superintendent Woods for strong math and literacy test scores, recognizing academic excellence in the region.
