Marietta Police have charged a 48-year-old Canton man with homicide by vehicle+ felony hit and run after eyewitness accounts and recovered evidence linked him to the fatal I-75 crash near the South Marietta Parkway ramp that struck 36-year-old Terrell Lowdermilk from Chattanooga at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
